The New Years video has somebody swearing in it towards the end so maybe turn off the volume at the end or send the kids away or accept the sounds as typical to the dirty streets of the city. Please also enjoy our snow video and appreciate the snowiest winter in 130 years in DC.
Recently, we have been running a lot. Michelle has achieved 4.5 miles and I will be running the half marathon in a month. It will be great as the route goes right through our neighborhood twice. Hopefully, Michelle can tape me going by while she is cheering me on. We got Michelle a new bike yesterday as hers was stolen last Friday. Now we will be ready for the spring and getting back to our normal routine of riding all over.
I guess the pollen here gets really bad, to the point of cars being coated in yellow by the end of each day. As an allergy magnet, I have been told to buy local honey and eat it every day to build up a sort of immunity to the pollen which helps create it.
